In the context of our privacy policy, we would like to inform you how we handle all personal information provided to us: To the extent that personal data ( E-Mail address, name, address) is required, these are processed in accordance to the applicable laws. The processing and storing of data are required in order to maintain, change or complete the business relationships with our clients.

We use this data, as far as it is necessary, to comply with the rights and responsibilities which arise from the business relationships. We do not use the data for advertising or marketing purposes nor for compiling user profiles, unless a written approval of the client was obtained. Even in the situation mentioned above, it is still the client?s prerogative to retract his permission at any time. Incidentally, a usage of the data would only be allowed on an anonymous basis, so that no deciphering of the affected persons would be feasible.
